Phil Embassy in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) Services

Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) – KL

Since Malaysia is home to a number of fellow OFWs living in this country for a while, POLO can assist us with any labor-related inquiries we have in this country.

Below are the services that you can take advantage from POLO:

  1. Verification and Authentication of Employment Contracts by Malaysian Employers
  2. Issuance of Overseas Employment Contract Certificate that will be used for your travels.
  3. Services and Assistance

A. Conciliation Services – For complaints against employer

B. Counseling and Advisory Services – Help for labor legal cases or advise on legal matters. They can also help you in regard to pending labor legal cases.

C. OWWA Voluntary Membership Program – Help for those OFWs who failed to register as OWWA member prior to departure from the Philippines.

D. Skills Training Program – Help to broaden skills and develop skills through various training.
